Labor Day Weekend & Memorial Day Weekend – Swap meet and flea market, tractor pull, consignment auction, displays and exhibits, food vendors, special events and tractor parade. Located on the Dundas Showgrounds just 3 miles south of Northfield on Hwy 3.
Weekend after Labor Day – Yearly on the weekend following Labor Day. Re-enactments of the bank raid, a rodeo, old-time tractor pull, midway, parade, arts festival, arts and crafts shows, and much more.
September– Produced by the Northfield Arts Guild in conjunction with the Defeat of Jesse James Days. Well over 65 Minnesota fine artists display and sell their work along the beautiful Cannon River walkway.
September – The Northfield Poetry Festival will include a morning poetry reading for children (elementary school age) at Content Bookstore, an afternoon poetry event at the Northfield Public Library, and an evening poetry contest and reading at Imminent Brewing.
October – Check in 8am, run starts at 9am at the Northfield Area Family YMCA at 1501 Honeylocust Drive. Run this 5k and help raise money for the Y Scholarship Fund. Grab a friend, your family and your favorite costume and join us! Whether you walk, sprint or run marathons, this all ages event is sure to be a blast!
November – This year our 2020 ‘free range’ turkey trot is being held virtually. Families are encouraged to continue their Thanksgiving morning tradition by walking/running the 5K wherever you are. http://www.signmeup.com/135555
